Aiguafreda is all rock and water: a quiet anchorage we also use for direct pickups, with some of the clearest snorkelling on the stretch.
Aiguafreda has no beach at all — just clean rock shelving into some of the clearest water on the stretch, with a seafront promenade and the Camí de Ronda threading along the edge. It's a quiet, grown-up sort of place, made for swimming rather than sunbathing.
The clarity over the rocky shallows makes this our pick for snorkelling, and the calm, accessible shoreline means we can also use it as a direct pickup point if you're staying nearby. Look for fish working the rock ledges just under the surface.
