Your personal data is processed by Aiguablava Experience SL, registered in Catalonia, Spain. We collect only the information needed to confirm and fulfil your booking: name, email address, phone number, and payment details. Data is stored on EU-based servers and never sold or shared with third parties, except where required by law or to process payments via Stripe. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hola@aiguablava.com. We retain booking records for 7 years as required by Spanish fiscal law.
A 30% deposit is required to confirm your charter. The balance is due on the day of departure. Deposits are processed by Stripe and are subject to their terms of service. In addition, a refundable security hold of €800 is authorised on a credit card at check-in and released following safe return of the vessel. The security hold is a pre-authorisation, not a charge. Charter prices are quoted in euros and include Spanish IVA (21% for maritime leisure). No marketplace commission or booking fee is added — the price you see is the price you pay.
Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before departure, with a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the deposit, except in the case of adverse weather declared by the Spanish maritime authority (SASEMAR). In the event of a weather cancellation, you will be offered a reschedule at no extra cost or a full refund within 5 business days. We reserve the right to cancel or curtail a charter if sea conditions deteriorate beyond safe operating limits during the trip, in which case a proportional refund is issued.
